Who is responsible
Mango Agency Co., Ltd., trading as Mango AI, is responsible for personal information handled for this website and business enquiries. Our address is 41/26 Phasaphong Bldg, 2F, Room 2B-1, Soi Silom 19, Silom, Bangrak, Bangkok 10500, Thailand. For privacy questions or requests, email info@mangoagency.ai.
Information we collect
When you contact us, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, email address, company, business size or type, services of interest and your message. We may also keep related correspondence and meeting notes needed to handle the enquiry. Contacting us is your choice; we need a usable contact detail to reply. Please do not send passwords, sensitive personal information or unnecessary information about other people.
Our website hosting provider also receives technical information needed to serve and protect the website, such as an IP address, browser information and page-request logs.
Why we use your information
We use enquiry information to understand your request, reply, arrange a Discovery meeting and prepare a proposal when you ask for one. Where these are steps you request before a contract, we rely on that purpose as our legal basis. For general business enquiries and contacts acting for a company, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to requests and managing business relationships, balanced against your rights.
We use necessary technical information for our legitimate interests in operating and securing the website. We may retain or disclose information where a legal obligation requires it. Sending an enquiry does not sign you up to a newsletter. Where an optional use requires consent, we will ask separately; you can withdraw that consent.
Who receives it
Philippe Ressigeac receives requests submitted through our Google Form. Access within Mango AI is limited to people who need the information to handle the enquiry or provide the requested service. Service providers may process information on our behalf: Google provides the enquiry form and Webflow hosts the website. We may disclose information to professional advisers or authorities where necessary for legal obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. We do not sell enquiry information.
International processing
Google and Webflow operate internationally, so their services may process information outside Thailand. Any overseas access by our team or other providers must be necessary for the relevant purpose and follow applicable data-protection requirements. For transfers for which we are responsible, we will use a lawful transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards, such as contractual protections where applicable. You can contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your enquiry.
How long we keep information
For enquiries that do not become client engagements, our retention policy is to delete or anonymize the enquiry and related correspondence within 24 months of the last meaningful contact. This allows reasonable time for a business discussion to resume. If you become a client, we keep the relevant records for the engagement and any period required for accounting, tax, contractual obligations or legal claims.
Where a legal obligation or an active dispute requires information to be kept longer, we restrict its use to that purpose. Technical records are kept only as needed for website operation, security and applicable provider requirements. Deletion is subject to any lawful retention requirement and the expiry of provider backup cycles.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions and exceptions in applicable law, you can request access to and a copy of your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction of use or data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
Email info@mangoagency.ai and explain your request. We may need information to verify your identity before acting, and will explain any lawful reason we cannot fulfil a request. You may also complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee through its official complaint service.
Website services, cookies and external links
Webflow provides website delivery and related technical services. Browsers and service providers may use cookies or similar technologies for functions such as security and session operation. You can manage cookies in your browser settings; blocking necessary cookies may affect some functions.
The enquiry form opens on Google Forms. Links to Google Maps, LinkedIn or other external services take you to services governed by their own privacy and cookie notices. See Google's Privacy Policy and Webflow's Privacy Policy for their processing. If we introduce optional analytics or advertising technologies, we will update this notice and request consent where required before enabling them.
